Shipping Policy

NewHein handles clothing orders for a broad customer base. This page explains how we approach order processing, shipping and delivery expectations for apparel purchases.

Order processing

Most in-stock items are prepared for dispatch within a few business days. Processing can take longer when the order includes multiple styles, manual stock confirmation, larger quantities or special requests that need review before shipment.

Shipping costs

Shipping rates are shown during checkout based on the items in your cart and the destination country or region. If the store is running a free-shipping threshold or shipping promotion, the eligible rate will appear automatically at checkout.

Taxes and import charges

Carrier handling rules can still vary by destination. Final timing depends on the delivery region, customs clearance and the shipping service selected at checkout.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided when the selected carrier and shipping method support it. Once available, tracking details can usually be reviewed through My Account or from the shipment confirmation email.

Delivery timing

Delivery times vary by destination, shipping method, customs clearance and carrier performance. Orders with larger quantities or mixed items may need extra handling time before the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address, contact email and any required phone details are correct before placing the order. Incorrect or incomplete address details can delay dispatch or create redelivery issues.

Split shipments

Orders containing multiple styles, separate stock sources or quantity-sensitive items may be shipped in more than one parcel when needed. If that happens, the order can produce more than one tracking reference.

Shipping issues

If your shipment is delayed, tracking has not updated for an extended period, or the parcel arrives damaged, contact us at contact@newhein.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • The shipping destination
  • The affected product name or product link
  • Any tracking number you received
  • Photos if the issue involves damage or missing items
