How long does order preparation take?
Ready-stock orders are usually prepared in about 3 days. Non-stock sourcing usually takes 5–14 days. These are preparation times, not delivery times.
Can different orders be combined for shipping?
Yes. We can combine eligible items and choose a shipping option based on destination, speed, volume and cost.
Does the quote include shipping, duties and VAT?
When a suitable duty-paid route is available, the quote can include shipping, duties and VAT. The final quote will list exactly what is included for your destination.
