What to send
Clear buying details help the store confirm inventory, sizing and the right order path faster.
Product links or style references
Use NewHein links where possible. No exact link yet? Send the style name, category, color notes or a similar reference item.
Quantities
Include exact quantity, repeat-stock quantity or expected replacement quantity for each item.
Delivery region
Share destination country or region so availability and shipping constraints can be considered.
Substitute rules
Tell us what can change and what must match exactly, such as fabric, color, fit, size range, construction details or branding.
Helpful context, not a requirement
If this is for a boutique, online store, marketplace seller, stylist or team, include your sales channel, main product categories, delivery region and expected repeat quantity. If you are not sure yet, send the product list first.
